Collection: Stained Realities Collection – by Dope Design
What started as a single design became a full-blown visual language—one that merges sacred symbolism with modern expression. The Ethereally Stained Collection explores transformation through light, color, and spiritual distortion. These works don’t ask for quiet reverence; they demand presence. Each piece is stained by its own story, lit from within by questions we rarely say out loud.
It begins with the Psychedelic Lady Guadalupe, the spiritual core of this universe. She’s not redesigned, she’s re-understood. Still the Virgin. Still sacred. But this time, wrapped in radiance that speaks to now. Her stained glass frame holds centuries of devotion, but her glow is unmistakably modern. Fishnets & neon aren’t desecration—they’re declaration. She represents what it means to carry strength, grace & sanctity into a world that often misunderstands them. This piece reclaims reverence without losing edge. It's not about challenging belief, it’s about expanding what belief can look like.
Ethereally Stained Glass is the quiet between the bass drops, the eye of the storm. At the center of chaos, a hamsa floats like a portal, surrounded by gradients that mimic the swirl of emotion, memory & healing. The word “STAINED” sits embedded in the design—not obvious, but present. Just like the parts of us shaped by experience. This isn’t chaos for chaos’ sake. It’s what it means to find stillness after the storm & beauty in what’s been marked.
Then there’s the Neon Ethereal Girl, a dual image of self-awareness & cosmic clarity. With one version watching and the other meditating, she exists in the in-between. A lotus & all-seeing eye connect both halves, grounding her in ancient symbolism while glowing in rave-pink hues. She’s not just a character, she’s a question. Who do you become when the lights are off? When you’re no longer performing? This piece is about identity unfiltered. Raw. Quietly defiant.
These are not just artworks. They are mirrors. Portals. Reminders. In a world that pressures us to hide our light or clean our wounds before we’re seen, this collection says the opposite: show up stained. Show up shining anyway. Sacredness isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. And sometimes what’s been weathered glows the brightest
