Dope Design Clothing Thunderdome 2025 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
• Participants must have an active Instagram account and follow @DopeDesignClothing at the time of the drawing.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dope Design Clothing are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on January 17, 2025 and ends on February 4, 2025, at 8:00 PM PST.
• The winners will be selected on February 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM PST, assuming all data is processed. If entries exceed expected limits, the drawing may be delayed.

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter the giveaway through the following methods:

• Tagging Friends on Instagram:
  Tag 3 friends in the comments of the official giveaway post on Instagram.
  Each set of 3 tagged friends equals 1 entry. (No limit to the number of entries.)
• Newsletter Signup:
  Sign up for the Dope Design Clothing newsletter via DopeDesignClothing.com for 3 additional entries.
• Instagram Story Sharing:
  Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @DopeDesignClothing.
  For private accounts, DM a screenshot to verify. This equals 3 additional entries.
• Purchases:
  Every purchase made on DopeDesignClothing.com during the giveaway period will earn 6 additional entries.

Note: All entries must be submitted before 8:00 PM PST on February 4, 2025.

4. Prizes

Three winners will be selected:

• Winner 1 & Winner 2: Each will receive 1 ticket to Thunderdome 2025 and 1 jersey of their choice from DopeDesignClothing.com.
• Winner 3: Will receive 1 jersey of their choice from DopeDesignClothing.com.

Prize Restrictions:

• Winners must not sell or resell tickets won through this giveaway.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen through a randomized process accounting for all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @DopeDesignClothing account.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

6. Disclaimers

• This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Excision, Thunderdome 2025, the Tacoma Dome, or any artist participating in the event.
• Dope Design Clothing reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violating the rules or attempting to manipulate the giveaway.

7. General Conditions

• Dope Design Clothing is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or miscommunications that may affect the giveaway.
• Dope Design Clothing reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.

8. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to allow Dope Design Clothing to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.
